Today was a bloodbath in the markets. Red across the board except for AAPL. The markets did not like the consumer sentiment report as well as the slowing home sales report. Home sale prices also increased, which is not a good inflation reading. Brace yourselves.

$QQQ and $VIX - How Low Could We Go?

QQQ finished very poorly going into the weekend, which usually indicates further downside on Monday. Im expecting the VIX to spike up to at least $20 or above and QQQ to be near $220 or below. It could even flush to $210 worst case scenario which would be a lovely opportunity to take advantage of the fear.

As I said in previous emails, I’ve been shoring up cash as the market approached all time highs again, so my clients and I are ready to take advantage on Monday.

Prepare a list of your favorite stocks this weekend and start eyeing different strike prices you would like to sell puts so you are ready for when the market opens Monday.

$AMZN - Ripe Opportunity

Amazon has taken quite the beating. Nothing has fundamentally changed. Everyone uses Amazon to order their favorite household supplies or items they need. PE ratio is now 39!

Im eyeing the $210 puts or potentially some LEAPS for Monday.

Breached lower bollinger band and oversold on the RSI.
